 Matunda yana cabohydreti(Sukari) nyingi, ila pia yana virutubisho vingine ambavyo mwili unaviitaji, ambavyo pia vinapatikana kwenye majani ya mboga mboga, hii njia inakufanya upate virutubisha vyote ila unakuwa umepunguza ulaji wa sukari au vyakura vya cabohydreti.

Pombe inasababisha mafuta kutunzwa mwilini badala ya kutumiwa kuleta nguvu, kwa hio kama upo makini na kutaka kujenga mwili wako itakubidi uachane na pombe, mwili huacha kumeng'enya chakula kwa muda, mpaka ini itakapoitoa pombe nje. Pia pombe huumiza mwili kwa kuufanya upungukiwe na maji pamoja na kuishiwa nguvu, hushusha kiwango cha homoni ya testosterone ambayo hujenga misuli, kwahio iwapo siku ukinywa pombe, hakikisha unakunywa na soda zenye dayati.
